Morning workouts! 2/26

 Hey skinnies!
I feel fantastic.

I ate 6 oz of light non-fat yogurt (80 cal!)
And then I did the
 100 workout,

 and the Sexy Legs workout 

(should be attached in the post for you guys to see!)
I feel great. I'm weak, and shakey, and I've decided today will be a good day!:D
I'm so sore, I love it.

So, an interesting new weightloss concept I saw; self inflicted food poisoning. Doesn't that sound delightful? The only thing is, I have a forensics tournament this weekend, and I don't want to feel bad for that. This girl (Hey girl(; ) said she chewed a mouthful of raw chicken and she was sick for days, she said she couldn't keep anything down even if she tried. I'm sort of excited to try this method, the only thing is salminila is very dangerous and likes to hide out in raw meat.

I Feel like the weightloss would be worth it.

Ana, my angel

Ana, my angel.

In my head anorexia is my guardian angel. She tells me when I need to eat, & when I need to starve. She's always there to show me visions of my new skinnier self, I just have to work to get there.

Sometimes if I go on a binge, she punishes me with something. Stomach cramps, guilt, or maybe she calls Mother Nature and asks her to send me my monthly gift.

If I binge & it's awful, I'm in tears, Ana calls her friend, Mia, to have her come & comfort me. Mia is so kind, she always offers me some magical way to get the food out.
"It's okay,"
She says,
"Take some laxative, you'll be back to skinny in a few hours."

And I do what she says, & I feel better. Mia kisses me on the head, shakes hands with Ana & whispers to her, "she's all yours now."

Ana keeps me strong.
Mia keeps me sane.
  • This is a war.
Food is our enemy.

Today has been a very good day.
I ate one boiled egg white for breakfast,
1 banana for lunch,
And I just ate 1 triscut for a snack because my stomach

I think they call it hunger pains. But I'm not for sure. 
I'm going to eat 1/2 an apple for dinner I think.

I am so excited. I lax'd yesterday & got everything out, and I'm eating right again. I love Ana, & I don't want to "recover".

A few tips I've picked up:
1. Chewing gum curves your appetite.
2. Don't eat anything bigger than your fist, you don't want to stretch your tummy out.
3. Fruits. They are low cal & fruit makes you poop.

Max Lax



Lax totally works,
I pooped out almost all of my food
I'm sure I still have food in my stomach that hasn't gotten into 
My intestines.
But when it does, I hope I crap it out too.

I seriously feel amazing right now.
 I need to look for more lax around the house.

My little brother gets constipated sometimes so my mum
Stocks up on lax.
Most of it is in suppository form, but I'm okay with that.

I went on a huge binge today. I started off with a jelly donut. (Yeah, thanks dad.)

My lunch was good.
1/2 an apple
1/2 c diced tomatoes
8 wheat thins
30 Craisins,

& then I ate 1/2 a box of lucky charms.
With milk.

All I want to do is cry.

I took some laxative & so we should be okay In an hour.
